We searched for recliners like this for a long time after previously having something similar. They are very comfortable, elegant (as recliners go), and really affordable. I'm 5'3" and my husband is 5'10" and they fit both of us. They aren't leather but the fabric is soft and seems durable (I say this because our cat isn't going after them). The chair and ottoman are and look very nice. It only took 3 days for delivery, which was nice. It was fairly easy to put together, took about 30-40 minutes. When I purchased this chair and ottoman it was on sale, a very good price for this product. After receiving the chair and ottoman, I now wish I had purchased two. This chair is very comfortable and a delight. Assembly really requires prior experience with schematics and understanding basic aspects of hardware. However, as the pics show, the upper/seat section is out of alignment with the lower/base portion; it's pushed to one side. That results in the upper frame knocking against the rear black glide "dog bone" part. I don't understand what would cause this skewing. I kept all fasteners not-tight until everything was assembled.
