This is a nice sturdy desk. It does take hours to put together but the instructions are easy to follow and very accurate. Got this for my son’s room. I put a 1.25” butcher block top on it. The desk works great and lifts and lowers smooth. I have purchased other products from this company. This desk was actually very easy to put together and for the price point I love it! I will say make sure you double check the legs are the same length before you start as it says on page 1, because I swore I did and and then at the end it was at an angle so I had to take it apart partially to fix it. This was a bit challenging for me to put tighter, but then again…I’m not great at assembly. I still don’t think I have it tight enough. I’m not thrilled that it already has a chip in the “wood”.
