It was easy to assemble with 2 people. You almost need 2 people once is starts to be mostly together. That pressed wood can be heavy. It has that cheap backing but it all fit together well. We were able to adjust the doors so they closed nicely and then to get the seam between the doors to be small and straight. It took almost 2 hours. This wardrobe is a good size and gives lots of storage for a small space. The instructions were easy to follow and it was easy to assemble, until the doors. They do have soft close which is a great addition. The hanging space is tight, no sweaters or bulky items would fit. The space is only a small amount larger than an adult hanger. Might work better for small kids clothing. The hanging space is enough for a dress or longer coat lengthwise. The hanging space does not allow for clothing to be see, only the piece in front, unless you sort through them. Shoes, purses, or folded clothing can fit in the shelving area.
