I ordered this 68 inch wide fireplace and it is striking. It was well packaged and arrived in great shape. The large scale, black mirror-like glass finish, and linear design will really complement the modern living room remodel I am doing. When I ordered it, I was a little concerned about how noticeable the control buttons on the front would be but I think they are clean and unobtrusive as they are recessed a bit. Works good and looks nice but it would have helped if the remote control worked. There’s no way to dim the lights without the remote so it is very bright when the room is dark. Update… Contacted the manufacturer directly and they fixed the issue. They were very responsive and sent a free replacement remote control and panel. They guided me through the whole process of pairing the remote and followed through a few days later to see how everything was working. Now it is working 100 perfect!!
