I ordered this 68 inch wide fireplace and it is striking. It was well packaged and arrived in great shape. The large scale, black mirror-like glass finish, and linear design will really complement the modern living room remodel I am doing. When I ordered it, I was a little concerned about how noticeable the control buttons on the front would be but I think they are clean and unobtrusive as they are recessed a bit. The fireplace was exactly what we wanted to complete the look in our new home! I took one star off because the first time we went to put the glass on the front it shattered, and we had to order a replacement. Christine. FL. Sat Aug 01 2026

Please ignore my terrible AC wall sleeve - but this fireplace was a little smaller than the staging stock photos make it seem. But still is quite nice. Love the wheels and hot air option! This is a great fireplace. We had the unfortunate experience of two being shipped with damage because the packaging wasn’t good. didn’t notice the damage until we were passed the return window at 6 weeks vs 30 days because my contractor was running behind on the install. But Wayfair took care of us. The manufacturer has assured us they have taken care of the packaging issue. I hope they have because the product is truly awesome. My contractor was able to bend the damaged piece back so it’s not so noticeable. It’s still not perfect but not trying again! Had to pay my contractor to come out each time to install. The product itself is great but advice just unpackaged the entire thing upon receipt to make sure the bottom isn’t damaged. We bought this because of the great reviews and I was so sad at the shipping damage. I built a $12k feature wall to showcase this so was sad that sloppy FedEx made this a terrible experience. In the end Wayfair took care of us though so I’m happy.. Ann. Indianapolis, IN. Mon Sep 21 2026
