This fireplace has been such a wonderful addition to my home. I am disabled was able to do the very small amount of “installation” required by myself -one has to screw the legs onto the unit. As the unit itself is lightweight, all is provided, instructions are simple clear, this was a simple, very doable task. I use this fireplace every day. It adds a lovely ambiance to my living room that everyone comments on enjoys. It puts out quite a bit of heat for a smaller size unit, comes with remote control, has many options as well the ability to pair it with one’s phone. I highly recommend this product, particularly for anyone disabled like me or those looking for a smaller size unit that packs a big punch in every way. I love it! It looks like realistic logs during the day. And in the evening the glowing embers and flame effect look very realistic and amazing. I’m do agree with others that the crackling sound is not realistic so we don’t turn it on. Great little space heater for small spaces! It’s very compact as shown when compared to a tissue box. Doesn’t stick out far from the wall. It has a place to wrap up excess cord on the back. Nice little handle for carrying and lightweight.It feels like it puts out a decent amount of heat considering its small size but I don’t think it would do well in big rooms or large spaces as sole source of heat.  The color is more of a yellow white/cream which gives it a kind of antique feel.
