I did a small garage makeover/addition which included changing the front faade of my garage to a more Craftsman-style look on my single story ranch-style house. I selected the PVC Claremont Bracket (now called Traditional) to add some character to the eve overhang. Also, VERY important to know, in very fine print, it says that they are not returnable - even though on the same page on the website, in large capital letters, that all orders from Wayfair can be returned within 30 days. We purchased these brackets intending to use them to hide granite support braces. The brackets themselves are not as smooth as I would have preferred. I this item a 5 star review because its beautiful. However, the ordering process was a pain. wayfair kept changing the date of delivery. I had hired a builder to install them because it is holding up a small roof, so I needed to know a date of delivery but, every couple of days I received an email with a change. So, I called the manufacturer and they stated the delivery date has always been the same which was another date then what I had from Wayfair. The good news is it came 3 days early.
