My daughter loves her new chair. The assembly was relatively easy and overall the chair is great. Although my chair came with a few large scrapes and dings that damaged the base of the chair, I will be reaching out to Wayfair to see if I can get a replacement piece (reason for the 4-star review). Love the chairs. Delivery was great. The only two problems I had were overcome but should not have happened. First, one of the chairs had wicker wrap broken near the end of a spine. I was able to pull it in place and wrap with electrical tape to fix that. What they don’t tell you is how to get all eight bolts in place to hold the chair open. No way one person can pull it tight enough to get the last two bolts in. I figured out how to place it against a 4”x4” post and use a ratchet strap to pull it close to aligned and a screwdriver to get it aligned and then place another screwdriver to hold so I could place the bolts. Photos of that I will try to attach.. Dan. Lavonia, GA. Mon Oct 19 2026

This chair is an absolute must for a backyard. It has plenty of room to sit comfortably and the neck pillow is just perfect for me to rest on. Every single time I'm in it I want to go to sleep. I did have a problem with one of them. The bottom part would not connect to the upper and the chair was useless. I was supposed to get a replacement part but it never came. I had to call and was told the company canceled my order but I was never notified. So a whole new chair was going to ship out to me but once again it was sold out. I needed 2 chairs so I ended ordering the gray one causing me now to no longer having match chairs. Even with the small incident I still give it a 5 stars due to it being such a comfortable chair. And my kids love it.. Serey. Euless, TX. Fri Jul 03 2020
