Extra-Firm Hybrid Support for Restful Sleep Designed for sleepers who prefer a stable, supportive sleep surface, this 14-inch extra firm hybrid mattress combines high-density comfort foam with individually wrapped pocket coils for responsive support, pressure relief, and reduced motion transfer. The hybrid construction supports the body’s natural position while providing a firmer feel that may be especially appealing to back and stomach sleepers. Individually wrapped coils respond independently to movement, helping minimize partner disturbance while maintaining consistent support across the mattress. Extra-Firm Support A supportive, extra-firm sleep surface helps limit excessive sinking and provides a stable feel throughout the night. Individually Wrapped Pocket Coils Independent pocket coils respond separately to body movement, providing targeted support while helping reduce motion transfer across the mattress. Motion Isolation The individually wrapped coil system helps minimize movement from one side of the mattress to the other, making it a practical choice for couples and light sleepers. Pressure-Relieving Hybrid Comfort High-density comfort foam works with the pocket coil support system to cushion pressure areas while maintaining a firmer sleep surface. Reinforced Edge Support A reinforced perimeter helps improve stability when sitting or sleeping near the edge and provides more usable sleep space. 14-Inch Profile The substantial 14-inch mattress profile combines multiple comfort and support layers for a supportive hybrid sleep experience. Mattress in a Box The mattress ships compressed and rolled in a box for easier delivery and bedroom setup. Simply unbox, unroll, and allow the mattress time to expand. Matte Black Design The matte black quilted cover creates a modern, distinctive look suitable for primary bedrooms, guest rooms, and contemporary interiors. Size: 39"(W)*80"(L)*14"(H)

Mattress in a box with premium gel foam+bamboo memory foam, fiberglass-free, 2 sides design cover, and medium firm to extra firm for back pain, low motion transfer. Experience the luxury of high-quality mattresses, and enjoy a deep and restful sleep experience.

The mattress is comfortable enough and popped up to full-size within 24 hours. Unfortunately, that full-size is closer to 6 1/2 than the actual 8 inches that I ordered. I’m used to it on Grindr, but kind of disappointed with Wayfair. I ordered that size in particular because it would fill the gap on my new mattress frame and headboard that I also just bought so now I have an empty 2 inches that I have to stuff with pillows or buy a new extra large, extra firm bolster.. Nick. San Francisco, CA. Mon Oct 12 2026

so far so good. our 3rd Beautyrest (in 25 years). this one is the best yet. The deal at Wayfair allowed me a no-inflation experience- paid the same amount 13 years ago for the last one!. Daron. Orlando, FL. Thu Oct 08 2026

Create a welcoming primary bedroom without giving up the firm support you prefer. This firm hybrid mattress combines supportive foam layers with individually wrapped pocket coils for a responsive, low-sink feel. A foam-encased perimeter provides a steadier edge for sitting and sleeping, while the charcoal exterior coordinates naturally with warm neutrals, upholstered bed frames, and wood furniture. It is a practical choice for back and stomach sleepers who prefer a firmer sleep surface.

OUR FIRMEST MATTRESS FOR MAXIMUM SUPPORT: This is the firmest mattress we’ve ever made. Two layers of 14-gauge coils—far stronger and more durable than those of other brands—combined with high-density natural materials, provide a solid, stable sleep surface that resists sagging and delivers ergonomic alignment, even under heavier weights. Because more coils mean more support, it proudly features up to 2,112 individually wrapped coils, which also improves responsiveness and pressure distribution. While the feel softens slightly for the heaviest sleepers, it remains definitively firm (10 out of 10) for lasting support for back and stomach sleepers. Side sleepers can add an Organic Mattress Topper for added contouring and cushioning.

Experience targeted back pain relief and all-night comfort with our 14-inch firm hybrid mattress. Engineered for proper spinal alignment, it combines a wrapped coil system for zoned, motion-isolating support with gel-infused memory foam that gently alleviates pressure points. The breathable knit cover and integrated cooling layers actively regulate temperature. The reinforced foam encasement delivers stable edge-to-edge support. Wake up refreshed, restored, and free from aches—night after night.

This mattress is exactly what I needed! I moved into a furnished apartment with a very soft mattress. One night on this firm mattress and my back already feels so much better. I slept like a rock. It was packaged very well, and it was easy to open. It was much heavier than I was expecting (who knew mattresses were heavy?) so keep in mind you might need some help. The instructions say to give it 24-72 hours to be fully expanded, but I slept on it a few hours after I opened it, and it was still great.. Samantha. Usaf Academy, CO. Sun Sep 20 2026
