These are nice sheets, they are definitely feeling as if they are 100 cotton. These are nice and lightweight sheets. They do seem a little in the thinthread bear side. Before I washed these sheets they felt softer. Almost like they might be a brushed cotton. Or Sateen. Now the sheets feel stiffer and crisp. Which isn’t a bad thing. Very large towels, I didn't realize how big they would actually be. The only issue was we bought a teal and a black one, the black one had fuzzies coming off for quite some time.
