So far, so good. As others have stated, the footboard is not as tall as pictured but I’m ok with it. It’s a very sturdy bed. This is a gorgeous, high quality piece of furniture. Overall, I am very satisfied. However, there are 2 sets of holes in the headboard where the side rails attach. Since we had to use the innermost set of holes, the outermost set of holes show, past the side rails, which looks a bit tacky.
