Assembly was a little tricky because the leaf did not align with the pre-drilled holes. Moving the hardware fixed this. This is one of the best purchases we have made from Wayfair. It is MUCH nicer in person - super high quality and very durable. We've had this for 5-6 years now and it still looks brand new. The 60" table IS huge - so make sure you have enough room for it, and that whatever area rug you get, allows for chairs to be pulled out for seating.
