These chairs arrived packed super well and therefore in perfect condition. The metal pieces were individually wrapped with cloth strips which nicely prevented scratches. Assembly was quick and easy. The seats are firm, the backrest provides nice support and the taupe color is true to online photos. The chair is sturdy and comfortable, especially if you like a firmer seat.
