I absolutely love this stone pot. Its non stick and my Jamaican oxtail stew came out delicious! I love the shape and how heavy it is. However it is a little too wide for my burner and the has more heat in the middle than the outer rim when cooking. I had to keep checkingadjusting it too make sure it was seated on the burner perfectly yet my stew came out amazing! these pans are absolutely perfect. the quality seems to be very high, they are sturdy and the coating seems safe. they do come unassembled and you have to screw on the handles, but it comes with probably the best screwdriver i have ever had for it. i am very happy with these and can cook pancakes, grilled cheese, etc with no issues of burning or sticking, and cleaning them after is very easy.
