Nice gate, very attractive and easy to use. Would buy again. Mary. Rochester,, WA. Fri Jun 05 2026

This is great. I was looking for a permanent solution to keep the dog from the front door and a way to separate the dogs from my niece when she visits. This is perfect fix. It opens and closes easily with adult human hands, meaning the dogs or my niece can’t open it. It also has a lock, which will be great when my niece is a little older. It is permanently attached to the wall so I don’t have to fumble with a gate, and it isn’t in the way. I am quite happy with this mesh gate.. Anonymous. Fri Jul 10 2026

This is likely not what many people are using this skate for, but were doing it to help socialize our wonderful new dog with my two cats, one of them is not very dog savvy. When we tried to do this with a normal baby gate, she kept trying to launch herself over it so of course, he wanted to chase her. This was the most affordable option that I could find for something floor to ceiling that would allow them to become more familiar without the potential danger that an unexpected interaction could have caused. Ive been very happy with it. The socialization is going great, and there is no way that my cat can jump over this. Its also sturdier than I expected as the pup still likes to paw at it from time to time, with no issues so far. Its very easy to open and close. This is a great affordable option!. Katherine. Cat Gate for Doorway, Auto Close Pet Gate with Extension Kits, No Drilling Pressure Mounted Dog Gate for Stairs, Doorways, Kitchen, Hallway

Originally we purchased this 51 tall gate to keep 3 curious cats away from 2, 25lb foster boston terriers. Our smallest cats tries, but cant squeeze through the 1 12 spaces between the bars and the wall. Turns out one of the dogs can jump that high and touch the top of the gate. Thankfully, we keep the dogs contained in a room with a lower floor, adding 8. Lesson-Make sure to get the best height. Only complaint is there is no leverlatch at the bottom to keep the gate swinging in just one direction, like other gates we have. We fear a strong enough pup can ram the bottom open without that latch.. Melanie. PA. Thu Oct 15 2026
