Two new puppies are kept from tumbling down the stairs or running down the hall. This is a quality gate and very versatile. It can be used as a small pen or adjusted to run along a balcony railing (but if that’s your purpose you might need more than one and there are cheaper solutions) but the value is in the quality and the options for use.
