Couch is extremely well made…all fabric seams are straight and frame is solid. It is firm for seating but not unforgiving or uncomfortable..I feel it will hold up well. Fabric is a blue gray pillow ticking and high quality. I sprayed with Scotchgard but think spills would roll off anyway. The seating is constructed with 50+ individually pocketed coils in each seat encased in foam, topped with a layer of cool gel-infused memory foam, and wrapped in a layer of synthetic fiber. This creates a comfortable and supportive seat that will last much longer than traditional foam-only seating. The frame is constructed with Steel-Tech framing which adds support to the framing structure and keeps the high-tension sinuous springs from warping or pulling free from the frame.

The sofa is amazing and beautiful… that itself was worth the wait as it was a custom-made item. However, the delivery service was awful. The gentleman who delivered the item took the plastic off while it was still in the truck and proceeded to mark up and stain the off-white couch between the truck and bringing it into our home. Unfortunately, there are 10 areas at least on the cushions and the couch that have been marked. The delivery for this couch was wonderful. They updated my time window for delivery the night before, and messaged me an hour out to let me know they were on their way. The crew got it in and assembled very quickly, and I love the cushions and depth of this couch. Compared to some of the other couches I’ve seen from Wayfair, these are much more filled and soft and plush. It’s a light couch, and easy to move, but feels sturdy.
