I purchased this couch and it arrived with missing pieces. I’ve been contacting them and they said they would send the missing pieces. I reiterated multiple times the pieces that I was missing and they reassured me also multiple times that they would send the right pieces.Waited a long time for the pieces to come instead we received a box that was identical to the previous box with still the same missing pieces I was expecting them to either re-ship the parts but all they did was say they could refund me and I had to ship it back. I could no longer put all these cushions back in a box because they had expanded.My Roommate and then re-ordered the same couch and they shipped the same two boxes with the same missing parts but this time with different instructions to a different couch and I now have to dispose of all of these pieces because I cannot build this couch without the missing parts. This is an elegant, firm sofa that was easy to assemble solo, and this is not something I usually do. I did have a friend help me flip it up onto its legs after assembly. The box arrived really beat up, and I had misgivings as I was unwrapping, but the contents were protected. I have now had this sofa for over a year; I slept on it for three months while fostered cats and kittens took over my bedroom. It would work to use it as a daily bed, but it is VERY firm. The blue velvet fabric has held up nicely despite 2 cats (who fortunately, do not scratch it). I have received many compliments on it; it is the focal point of the sitting area. This couch is beautiful and compliments my mid century home beautifully. It is comfortable and sits 3 adults perfectly. I love that it is lightweight and easy to move when cleaning. The only downside to this sofa was that for the simplicity of the parts that were included, it took a very long time to put together because the directions lacked specifics to the placement of the beams when attaching.
