Crafted in Italy from 5 layers of metal, the Stainless Clad Frying Pan delivers a durable, easy-to-clean cooking surface with superior heat conduction and distribution. This 5-ply construction means far more searing and flavor-building, and far fewer hot spots and burnt-on messes. The Frying Pan yields crusty butter-basted steaks, pan sauces that come together faster, and crispier, lacier edges on perfectly fried eggs. The curvature of the walls is calculated for deeper searing and easier flipping, while a rolled rim allows you to pthe sauces without spilling. The hollow build of the proprietary Stay Cool Handle dissipates heat to keep it from getting scalding hot while on the stovetop. This means the heat stays on the ingredients, not the hands.

With the Hamilton beach® 21 cup deep fryer, you can fry up to 13 cups of restaurant-quality chicken wings, fries, cheese sticks, and many other foods in the comfort of your own home. It's the perfect size for making family-size meals or entertaining. You'll find it easy to use, even if you've never attempted to deep-fry food before. Precisely set the perfect frying temperature from 250°f to 375° f with the temperature dial. The green ready light comes on when the oil has preheated. Just fill the basket with food without overcrowding it, lower the basket into the oil, and cover it with the lid. The lid helps to prevent messy splatters during cooking. When food is finished frying, hook the basket over the oil tank to easily drain excess oil from food without making a mess. For easy cleanup, the enamel-coated oil tank has an easy-pour spout for pouring out the oil to recycle or discard. Then the oil tank, cooking basket, and lid go straight into the dishwasher. This deep fryer is designed to be easy to assemble and use. And it has a magnetic cord that instantly detaches if it's tugged to prevent tipping.
