I'm having trouble giving this pan an actual review, because i haven't gotten a chance to use it for it's intended use. Right after I got it, the lid shattered (no fault of Henckels), and the company does not offer a replacement lid. I love the concept of the pan... I just can't use it until I find a comparable lid..
