Couch came in a day and was exactly what we expected. We gave it around 8 hours to initially inflate and followed the simple instructions of punching it and fluffing it to stimulate it to inflate. From what I have read it takes up to 4 days to fully inflate but even a day in we are super happy with it. Soft enough to sit on for hours but firm enough to not sink. As for size, I am 6ft 3 and me and my girlfriend can easily both spread out on this thing so it’s a win in that regard. One of the cushions somehow was inflated during the packaging. But overall everything arrived tightly box sealed. Im not too crazy about the Gap in the back with the velcro or in the middle but I will be adding additional pillows anyway. I like this design because it will allow me to change the color with different couch covers. Very comfortable to sit on. It is a medium firm.
