Overall I really like this couch. It’s super cute, spacious, and looks great in my living room. The fabric is soft and I love having the ottoman. My main complaint is that the cushions are thinner than I expected, so it’s not as plush as it looks in the pictures. Assembly was also a little frustrating because some of the pieces were really difficult to fit together, and a couple of them still don’t fit together completely. I absolutely love this couch! I measured it out with painter’s tape on my floor beforehand to make sure it would fit, and somehow I was STILL surprised by how freaking huge it was! Thankfully, it fits, and it’s also super comfortable. I had pretty much resigned myself to never ordering a couch online again after my last one ended up being way too firm. But after weeks of researching, I finally committed to this one, and I don’t regret it at all Also, you HAVE to fluff the pillows! I was a little worried after seeing some of the review photos where the pillows looked really flat, but they just need some attention. I literally punched and fluffed each one for about 2–3 minutes, and I swear they puffed right up! So if they look flat when you first unpack them, don’t panic. Give them a good beating first. Lastly, I saw a few reviews mentioning that some of the holes for the legs weren’t drilled. I almost feel like those reviewers may not have read the directions because the “missing holes” are actually on the end pieces. The middle section is the only piece where all four legs are screwed directly into the bottom. Once you follow the instructions and see how the pieces fit together, it makes sense. I absolutely LOVE my new couch, however the delivery was not a love. After waiting all day for my piece to arrive, 3 movers got the huge box up to my apartment (I was moving furniture for them to get this box through the entrance to the living room) and after knocking into things, they put the HUGE box down & started to walk out. I said, wait, aren’t you suppose to unpack this HUG box & take it away? Answer, “no it’s just a drop off service. the box is your responsibility!” As a single woman living alone I was so upset! After over an hour just trying to open this HUGE box I was finally able to unload. I wish it was made clearer that the unloading would be my responsibility, I spent a lot to get the couch of my dreams but very unsatisfied with the delivery service that was definitely lacking!
