I opted for the green chairs and we love them! The kids love how comfortable they are. These chairs are a full seat allowing for those who are fuller at the bottom to sit comfortably. They are light and not heavy at all. Putting them together was relatively easy. Initially, there was a gap between the high back portion of the chair and the chair leg that rests on the back of the chair. However, loosening, realigning and tightening the screws towards the end fixed the problem. It helps to have two people but construction can be completed with one person. This one hurts. We just moved from out of state, found a house, did renovations and found stools we LOVED!!! Once they were assembled, sadly they were too full for our island, even though we measured so carefully. They sat nicely together, but no room for us to sit comfortably with four people. Plus, our grandbabies would have destroyed these gorgeously upholstered chairs. I am still so sad that we had to return them. There are beautiful. Perfect for my space. Solid and comfortable. Stylish and classy. The gold is more of a darker gold. The seat and back rest are true to the color in picture. The measurements weren’t listed for seat height to arm rest. I listed pictures of the measurements. I needed that measurement specifically.
