The sleeper sofa is perfect solution for my family room. My concerns are it was ship in 2 huge and heavy boxes by FedEx, so no delivery by Wayfair make it very difficult for me. FedEx refused to delivery first box to room where I need it and second box they carry 12 steps up to my front door without notifying me and dis not ring the bell. I was forced to carry it my self back on the ground floor. I had no problem to accembly the sofa, ones I removed it out of boxes. The instruction came with is not bad, if you know how to read it. I would give the sleeper sofa 4 start for now, due to few design flow. The back header has adjustable angle and for converting sofa to sleeper it need to be open down, to do that require to move sofa 3 feets away from the wall to works. The pull out box under the sofa, is basically separate piece of furniture and create a gap between the sleeper pillow that's could be the problem for sleeping. Couch came in a day and was exactly what we expected. We gave it around 8 hours to initially inflate and followed the simple instructions of punching it and fluffing it to stimulate it to inflate. From what I have read it takes up to 4 days to fully inflate but even a day in we are super happy with it. Soft enough to sit on for hours but firm enough to not sink. As for size, I am 6ft 3 and me and my girlfriend can easily both spread out on this thing so it’s a win in that regard. Regarding the sofa: there is a distinct gap in between the upper cushions and bottom part of the sofa when in its upright position. Likewise I'm not sure the sleeping portion that pulls out/up is perfectly installed, as it's a little tricky to slide/push/pull it into place, in both positions (it sticks/jams -- I have video of the gentleman who assembled the piece having a bit of trouble). I paid for set-up, so I'm not sure what to attribute the problem to, although there is leftover hardware, which seems odd. It is comfortable, and looks decent, but I'd definitely pay more for reversible pillows/cushions, both for convenience (spills/stains that can't be immediately laundered) and a longer life span (sagging). Re: shipping: when ordering BE SURE to check all appropriate boxes specifying where exactly you want the item delivered, as FedEx left the TWO VERY HEAVY boxes ON THE STREET in front of my apartment building (not in the locked vestibule), even though I was home, buzzed the delivery man in, and asked him to help me get the boxes to the landing of my apartment, which he refused to do; I'm very dissatisfied with FedEx (and their customer service after the fact as well).. Exactly as described! Read a ton of reviews of this couch and noticed the same things as others. Very firm cushions but should soften over time. The color was exactly what I was looking for! The only thing not mentioned was that the longer cushion goes way over the sides of the base, kind of odd but not a deal breaker! Excellent couch overall!! So excited to use it in our loft.
