So I took this sofa out of the package just yesterday so not sure if there will be any more expansion or if it’s fully expanded. It’s very soft and comfortable. It’s all a big spongefoam so there is no need to put it together at all. Now there was a rip on one of the sides, so I am going to try to sew it and hope there is no other tearing. I love it! I bought this as a safe furniture piece for my playroom. My autistic grandson needed a safe sofa that can also fold to a bed for when he stays the night. It is very firm and has only been set up for 5 hours. I was actually quite surprised. I’m tall so of course the couch sits low for me but it is a great sofa to drop on and lounge when the grandson isn’t here.
