We bought 4 tables. 2 arrived in perfect working order. 2 needed some "love" (liquid nails, drill to tap new holes in wood, going w/o a washer or two, and using a lot of blue threadlock). That's Wayfair though, right? We pay less, roll the dice, get some nice tables for less than what it costs to rent them. The tables are stable, and can be adjusted to be stable on less-than-flat surfaces. Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that.
