I’m giving 4 stars for the customer service not the product. I bought the chairs in the walnut color, but they look nothing like the photos online. They are very orange and I was expecting a medium to dark brown. Additionally, if anything touches the seat it’s going to immediately stain and there is no cleaning them and they smell like chemicals. I went to process the return online but it wanted to charge me $100. I called customer service and asked them to please waive the charge for my return since the product was drastically different from what is advertised and they honored it. I wouldn’t suggest this product but will continue to purchase from wayfair because of my positive experience. Ordered two of these individual chairs to complete the set of 4 I got with my extendable table. We didn’t put together the first four (assembly was complimentary with that order) so this was my first time putting them together. Pretty easy and didn’t have much trouble. Love these chairs. They seat is very wide and comfortable. The cross cross back is just the look I was going for. Note that with the matching table, you can’t fit all six chairs under the table. Since our toddler usually sits at the end and likes to get in and out of his seat often during a meal, his chair is usually always pushed out anyway, so this doesn’t bother me, but worth noting. The seat cushions are ones I found at a yard sale so not the right size but good enough for now. The chairs are sturdy and this set overall is the perfect blend of casualfarmhouse without being *too* rustic.
