So far so good. Received sooner than expected and was easy to set up. It is a nice massage too, the lower back is stronger but I expected that. One issue is when I lower the chair from the 360 position I hear kind of a snap from underneath. Will need to investigate that closer hopefully will not be a major problem.. Debbie. Idaho. Engineered with a sophisticated SL-Track system and Zero Gravity reclining, the Aurora delivers a full-body shiatsu experience that mimics the hands of a master masseuse, all while seamlessly fitting into your modern living room or office aesthetic.

I like the look of the chair very sleek and modern looking. The product appears to be well built and operate quietly. A couple of suggestions for improvement would be the following: 1) The shoulder width could be reduced by 5-10cm from the lowest setting as currently the roller hit my shoulder blades 2) The intensity of pressure of the Full-body massage is not uniform along the spline, i.e, the waist area is weak while the buttock area is too strong. 3) Under the automatic mode, when the deep massage mode is selected the chair is constantly moving up and down which I find to be very annoying. You can improve on these areas above the massage chair would be so much better.. May. Mississauga, ON. Mon Aug 24 2026
