If desired and suitable, the sideboard can be used as a tv & media furniture. For this type of use, the necessary opening for the use of cables is left in the back wall of the cabinet. We use this as our liquor, wine and cigar bar below the tv. It looks great and is sturdy enough to hold a nice wine selection and barware in the cabinet.
