I really like this shoe bench and once put together its looks great and Im hopeful it will help organize the clutter of things I had in this corner. However, the wood is manufactured and not the best quality so Im not optimistic it will stand the test of time. This piece is pretty cute and the size fits my space perfectly. The hooks seem a bit cheap, I can bend the metal with my hands if I really try, but they will certainly work for the intended purpose. My main reason for taking away a star is because all of the visible silver screws. Not a huge deal but this would look so much better if they were painted white or counter sunk with caps.
