Sustainable and sturdy, the naturally durable wood features a quality finish for a beautiful, low-maintenance product. Sir Edwin Lutyens was a famous British architect known for his imaginative adaptation of traditional style. The Lutyens Bench has a distinctive design featuring near-perfect proportions with an arched back and scrolled arms; no wonder it's remained popular for more than a century. Our version of the Lutyens Bench is easy to store with a seat that folds up and locks. What a great bench. First, it's pretty easy to put together. I broke my finger and my whole hand is in a cast and I was still able to do it. There are some bolts and holes that are tricky to line up, but that's pretty common. The build quality is excellent. It's very sturdy and heavy duty. Finally received this polywood bench! It is being used for a memorial bench for a person that meant a lot to many people. Polywood is the absolute best material for outside use.
