First one came damaged and Wayfair was easy to work with on immediately sending a replacement. The second one had a very small dent but wasn’t worth the hassle of returning so I kept and is the one in the photo. I absolutely love the traditional look. I got the bronze and used 40 watt light bulbs. The directions were not easy to understand, but as a first timer I managed to watch YouTube videos to figure it out. So beautiful! Very pretty light fixture. It goes well with the wallpaper in my living room and adds to the Victorian Gothic vive I'm looking for. It could be a little bit bigger, it's on the small side for a chandelier, but it works in my small dining room. I was surprised at the weight of it, it's pretty heavy, which can make it difficult to hang. There's also a slight gap in between the two glass globes that kind of bothers me but I'll get over it..
