They are easy to put together. Positioning the slipcovers for a perfectionist was, of course, tedious. They look great. The mechanism swiveling and rocking is very smooth. The bottom cushions’ slipcovers are like cotton lining fabric. They don’t show and you can wash them, but you cannot flip them. These are inexpensive, but don’t look it. Not 5 or 10 year chairs. Just received the chairs and let me tell you they needed very little set up. Color was exactly like the picture on line. They were a little stiff at first but softened up nicely with a couple trys by myself and my husband. I loved that my feet were able to touch the floor (I have short legs) and my husband who has longer legs said they felt comfortable. We both love the smooth swivel action on both chairs. Delivery while good - could have been better if the FedEx guy would have rung the doorbell - so they sat on the sidewalk for about a half hour, luckily it wasn't raining at the time. So far very happy with our purchase.. Barb. ND. Fri Sep 25 2026
