After living with it for a few weeks, the end of the handle is slightly sharp and I feel like could impale someone if they fell on it. Also.. when you are in the recline mode, you push on the back to move it back and fourth but it doesnt seem to stay in place. Not huge issues but a little annoying. All in all, we love this chair!. Chair was purchased as a gift for my husband for Father’s Day. There were issues with shipping. The item was showing as available until ordered then it showed as backordered and did not ship for a week. Despite my order saying the item was backordered, it was still showing up as in stock on Wayfair. There was no communication regarding the change in status or about shipping being delayed, which was frustrating. Regarding the chair, for a recliner this chair is on the smaller side, which works perfectly for us and our space. Overall it is very comfortable and the saddle color is beautiful. Overall impression of cover materials and chair assembly was good. Only one part was difficult to assemble - the Step 4 needs two people to put it together. This chair has no height adjustable system. Chair reclining position need to be set manualy and by screw which need to tighten after seting reclining angle. I purchased this to match one that I currently have that I bought locally 2 years ago, but could no longer find locally b/c it was discontinued. There were 3 color options in the store I purchased from. Just know that this will not match the color in photo. It is beautiful, but it is a solid, flat, dark brown and is not pictured. No marbling of color as the picture indicates and sadly the one I already had was closer to the one in the pic.
