This chair is amazingly well built, reasonably easy to put together, but your patient must be able to stand in order to make it work. Ultimately, I could not use it for my elderly mother, who had a stroke on the left side because that side was too weak to use her left leg to stand. I would highly recommend this chair for anyone who has a patient that can stand and support their weight on both legs as even two caretakers cannot make the chair work for a patient who is partially paralyzed.. I really like that it vibrates without bubbles so I can still use a liner for easier clean up. The faux leather cleans easily with barbacide also. The fabric is nice on this recliner. It rocks which is nice. It was fairly easy to put together except the arms were a challenge. The massage is nice. The three stars are because it will only put the feet up and the head down at the same time. There is no adjustment for just putting your feet up or the back down. I had to add an ottoman for my feet if I want to have them up but be upright on the back. It makes it very inconvenient. It did not say this anywhere in the description or I would have gotten a different chair. If you don't mind the reclining and feet up in the same motion, then it is a nice chair.. Deborah. We got the white recliner and I was a little nervous that it was going to be a bright white, but was relieved to see it was almost a cream/yellow color. It's very heavy, but easy to put together. The recline, heat and vibration all work well and it's one of the most comfortable chairs I've sat in. If you have back trouble, the heat, massage and power lift will all be very useful.
