I have never seen dishes packaged so well as these! The Star Series 24 Piece Dinnerware Set arrived today. Every dish was secured with protective packaging and all of them were in pristine condition. The dishes have a decent weight to them. The sheen is not quite a flat matte, but has a soft subtle matte-glazed quality. The gold looks as if it washes out the dish ware in the photos, but in person it’s a nice golden hint of color. The dishes are a perfect size and they stack wonderfully. The stoneware construction of each dish is ideal for special occasions and durable for everyday use. Each piece is microwave-safe for quick reheating and dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning.

We really love our new Deep Sea Blue dinnerware set by Elama. The dishes are solid (stoneware), and they look really beautiful in my light aqua kitchen. One plate arrived with imperfections in the glaze (a splotch of unfinished glaze which looked like a splash of milk). I contacted Elama, and they sent me a replacement plate. The bowls are a little deeper than our old Corelle set, but they aren't as deep as some I've seen, which we avoided. They still have a little space around them so they get cleaned well in the dishwasher. I do find the mugs slightly larger than I need (larger than the Corelle), so just be aware of that if you plan to purchase.. Monica. Halifax, NS. Fri May 01 2026
