Pfaltzgraff Stoneware is great for casual dining. There are a few imperfections but not really noticeable and I only noticed it during my careful inspection upon delivery. I haven’t used them yet but I’m a little concerned about the decorative rim holding up after repeated cleaning in the dishwasher. They came very well packed and I didn’t have any broken pieces.. The items are gorgeous, unfortunately, fedex broke one of the plates. You can see where the box was damaged and that's where the broken plate was. Ordering, a replacement plate was very quick and easy. The problem with an order section on your website was very easy to use. It took less than two minutes. UPDATE:::: I received ed the replacement set today and thwrw was another broken plate. Thankfully I dis t ha e to send thw first set back. So its ok.
