It is definitely darker than the photos show, more of a very dark gray. I assume it will fade some to a lighter gray, similar to what is show. FYI - you will need to pre-purchase a 4x10, to cut in half. These will be used to place in holes dug roughly 36 inches deep and set in concrete. Hopefully that saves someone else a trip. Otherwise a good buy.. Andrew. Bedford, TX. Wed Aug 05 2026

I returned these, but they are nice looking in person (I ended up using metal brackets instead to support my countertop bar). I chose the walnut color ones, and they did not appear to be walnut colored. Also, VERY important to know, in very fine print, it says that they are not returnable - even though on the same page on the website, in large capital letters, that all orders from Wayfair can be returned within 30 days. So beware of the return policy. I complained so I was allowed to return them, but beware.. Theresa. Denver, CO. Mon Nov 24 2025

The supplier is a little slow on making these bespoke knee braces. My delivery was delayed. Order early, or be prepared to wait. One of the 2 ordered had a knot, so wood wasn’t as clear as I would have liked. Overall good value if you are willing to wait.. Chris. Houston, TX. Mon Aug 28 2023
