I've been searching for a Sauna option for years and decided to try the Henley product due to a friend's review and price point. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the material upon arrival. The installation build was reasonable and enjoyable, instructions were easy to follow. Once the electrician finished the hook-up, I've been enjoying it daily. It takes about 15-20 mins to arrive to 185 degree temp. Assembled the Henley 2-4 person on a concrete slab, it took 4 people a full 8 hour a day, plus one full day of electrical. We used the QR code to follow the steps, but they were slightly different than the paper copy that was supplied, so that led to some confusion and debate. Some of our tongue and groove wall parts were cut uneven and had to be modified and the black molding was very warped. It just took a little ingenuity. After it was fully assembled, it is amazing to sit in, 2 people very comfortably, my husband is 6’7” and he fits perfectly! We struggle with the app, slightly, sometimes the timer on the app doesn’t set properly and it turns off while we are sitting in it. We love the option of dry or steam, the lighting is nice, I wish it could be controlled by the app. We also wish it had red light therapy. Overall, it meets our needs and worth the purchase!. Tandlh. Overall does the job, a couple of annoying issues, not having 2x4 makes it difficult to mount standard utility hooks and bike racks. I researched the greenhouses available online for a long time and felt the quality of reviews for this product and the price point were the best. I was right. When we received the shipment it felt a bit overwhelming but taking it step by step was the key. The 3D Bilt App was great. The instructions were written really well. It was impressive. The key was to seal the wood and take inventory first. Then organize by part number. My mom and I built the majority of it but needed help lifting some of the roof parts. The estimate of 2 days with 2 people is ridiculous. It took a week just to stain and organize everything. If you work during the week expect to spend 3-4 long weekends to get the project done.
