It arrived packed very well to prevent damage in transit. The size I ordered is large so glass wasn't an option (wish it was) but the plexiglass came with a covering on each side to keep it safe. This frame came assembled but without instructions on how to attach art. There were some screw holes but they weren’t drilled all the way through and the frame is plastic. I used Velcro strips to attach my canvas to the frame, and for my purposes it worked and looks sharp. I like the deeper frame that makes the artwork look more professional and polished when hung. This features a matte look. Serene frames from the traditional frame they are very sturdy, the serene picture frame is in the blackened picture frame and comes with an easel already installed for tabletop picture frames.
