On the other hand “Miss Piggy”, a 13 lb 4yr old cat, says this is a nicely built 5 star quality kitty shelf, great for climbing and dodging the other cats, but it only gets 3 stars for comfort. It’s a great quality shelf, but “Mona Lisa” is the only cat who will use this shelf to relax in, since she’s so small. The other 5 cats do not use this shelf to relax in, it’s mostly used for getting up off the floor to safety and a means to get up to the longer andor flatter shelves which are the preferred destination shelves.. Don’t tackle assembly until you are feeling patient and have plenty of time. It took three hours to assemble, but all the parts were present and it wasn’t hard… just time consuming to get it right.
