So far so good! Purchased to keep snow off 21ft pontoon. Not quite long enough to keep it all hidden but will add an enclosed extended end and add siding to the rest of the walls. No snow as of yet, but held up well during day long wind storm, it is parked between 2 seacans that are 24' apart. Wind made it move a bit but probably not as much if it had been out in the open. It arrived in a box that wasn't too heavy. It was neatly folded and included the tie-down hooks. The material is a type of plastic fabric—it looks like sturdy cloth on the outside and plastic on the inside. It appears to be more durable than other types of tarps; even so, the weather in my city is very changeable, so time will tell if it truly holds up better than other tarp materials. I got 2 of these for my animals. We made it into a chicken coop and a peacock and pigeon coop. It’s a really good size for them. We got a few rolls of hardware cloth and my husband got some 2x4’s, he put a concrete foundation so animals can’t dig in. The animals love it and so do I. Assembling the roof canopy after the frame was fully erected proved to be cumbersome. Highly recommend using a four-step ladder or 6 ft ladder. I was able to assemble alone.
