The first few days after the chair was put together neither of my cats would have anything to do with it. Then Tesse decided to try it, and she loves it. She hasnt used it for clawing yet, but she will. I have two of these chairs. Paulie hasnt warmed up to it yet, but he will. One out two so far, its a winner . Mara. Tamarac, FL. Mon Oct 05 2026

All of The Scratchers include a bag of pure all-natural catnip. You cannot fight the natural instinct of a cat to keep his claws honed, so give him a healthy alternative. The texture of the Scratching Pad is unlike any other texture in your home. It is not carpeted, like your floors. It is not covered in any kind of nubby material that could be similar to your couch upholstery. Your cat will not be confused as to what he should and should not scratch. Your cat can feel that this unique surface is his very own personal place to scratch.

3 in 1 Cat Scratch Board, Cat Scratcher Lounger for Indoor Cat, Cardboard Cat Scratcher, Durable & Long-Lasting Infinity Cat Scratcher, Reversible Scratching Pads for Protecting Furniture

I’ve been ordering these cardboard scratchers for my cats for years, most of the time from pet stores, and the ones on Wayfair are just as good. Our cats never tore up the furniture before them, but for households that have that problem, this item could be a great alternative to try instead of dealing with those claw caps. I just like to spoil my cats, and these are a consistent hit. You’ll end up with a little extra to sweep up or vacuum, but they don’t tear up very easily and last a very long time. Our cats are large breed boys, over 20 pounds, and these are sturdy enough to support their weight without collapsing and hold their form well. We placed two of the pieces in front of the windows, and when they aren’t being scratched, they are used for bird watching and naps. All around great item, and fast shipping.. Wendy. Johnstown, NY. A cute mushroom-shaped scratcher, a cat scratching post toy and a home decor. 2 Sisal covered scratching posts in different heights would satisfy cats' different scratching habits, natural sisal material is cat-friendly, will add sturdiness and make the scratcher last longer.

The kitty in the photo must be a tiny cat indeed. This was much smaller than I anticipated, and the base was made of plastic grass which looks very cheap. I was able to repurpose parts of the scratcher that I was replacing, so I had a sturdier carpeted base and the older post that I inverted so that he can still have a taller area to scratch. Hopefully it will work!. Nancy. Port Hueneme, CA. Wed Apr 29 2026
