The directions for this are essentially useless. This is difficult to assemble and requires two people to put it together. One person has to pull on the attachments in order for the other person to attach it to the base. The bolts are hard to screw in. It was a pain to assemble. Despite this, this is a very nice cat tree. It is super soft and has lots of scratchers for our cats. It is biggerwider than I thought it would be too. It has three hanging balls with bells on each level.. Jo. Calera, AL. Sun Aug 09 2026

Cactus Cat Scratching Post, Cat Scratcher with Sisal Rope and Interactive Hanging Ball, 19.9 Inch Scratching Post for Indoor Cats and Kitten

This is a cute little scratching post, but I was expecting it to be a bit larger. It is sturdy enough that I don’t believe my cat will be able to knock it over while playing or sharpening her claws. One thing I’m not crazy about is the sisal being on the bottom of the post. It is quite thin and looks like the old school yarn they would give you in an eighth grade Home Ec class. As long as it stays attached and doesn’t fray too quickly I’m OK with it. I like the texture of the cactus, (if you will), and the fact that it’s rubbery and flexible. My cat has already owned it. She walked right up and put her scent all over it. The scratching post came quickly and was delivered at my home, not in its usual place and with a few dents in the box but overall handled professionally. I would recommend this to a friend with a smaller cat as it is a decent value for a cute post that appears not to knock over easily. I had it assembled in 30 seconds lol. Leslie A. Quakertown, PA. A cute mushroom-shaped scratcher, a cat scratching post toy and a home decor. 2 Sisal covered scratching posts in different heights would satisfy cats' different scratching habits, natural sisal material is cat-friendly, will add sturdiness and make the scratcher last longer.

The kitty in the photo must be a tiny cat indeed. This was much smaller than I anticipated, and the base was made of plastic grass which looks very cheap. I was able to repurpose parts of the scratcher that I was replacing, so I had a sturdier carpeted base and the older post that I inverted so that he can still have a taller area to scratch. Hopefully it will work!. Nancy. Port Hueneme, CA. Wed Apr 29 2026
