Very disappointed with Wayfair in general, as this seems to be happening frequently (low quality products, high prices, and almost no customer service support). I received this armchair today, and the quality is extremely poor. It smells awful, and it arrived in damaged packaging. The legs are not aligned, and the chair is completely wobbly. The seat cushion is so thin that you can feel the wires inside the chair. The overall design and construction feel unbelievably cheap. There are also many scratches on the velvet fabric, and even after trying to smooth and adjust the alignment, the marks remain. But the smell is the worst part, truly disgusting.
