Very disappointed with Wayfair in general, as this seems to be happening frequently (low quality products, high prices, and almost no customer service support). I received this armchair today, and the quality is extremely poor. It smells awful, and it arrived in damaged packaging. The legs are not aligned, and the chair is completely wobbly. The seat cushion is so thin that you can feel the wires inside the chair. The overall design and construction feel unbelievably cheap. There are also many scratches on the velvet fabric, and even after trying to smooth and adjust the alignment, the marks remain. But the smell is the worst part, truly disgusting. I am waiting to return it as soon as possible. Definitely not worth the price, and very disappointing experience once again.. Azita. USA. Mon Dec 01 2025
