This is a nice loft bed set and while slightly more expensive than other sets it is worth the money. This set has the best layout in my opinion for under the bed and that alone is worth the extra cost. It took me about 3.5 hours to fully assemble by myself moving at a relaxed pace. The parts and instructions are labeled fairly well with one extra of each screw. I have not anchored it to the wall yet but it is very sturdy even being on carpet. Bought this bed for my son and daughters room. So happy with my purchase! It can be a little wiggly, but its decently made. Im glad they provided the ability to bolt it to the wall.. We are very happy with this loft bed. It looks beautiful, feels sturdy, and has really helped maximize the space in my daughter’s room. She now has plenty of room underneath for studying, doing her makeup, and storage. The only issue was the ladder. The steps are narrow and hard on bare feet, and the included pads would roll and didn’t provide enough cushioning. We solved this by adding foam padding around each rung and covering it with soft material. It made a huge difference and the ladder is now much more comfortable to use. The box itself was damaged at both ends and that made it unwieldy to move it safely (it is very heavy!) but that was clearly weight to great for the construction of the packaging. They probably get damage claims because the box is insufficient protection for the weight of the metal. Moving on to assembly, it was straightforward to assemble following the instructions provided, and the lighting is a super bonus for us, but the product loses a star because Two of the long bolts and one of the short support pieces was missing from the box and so we cannot install those important supports. Not sure if we will move forward with use of the product without them, but as far as assembly and aesthetics, it is really good. Although we received it as part of a promotion, for the price currently advertised, we believe it is a good value (providing all the pieces are included and you can ensure the stability and safety in use.). Bought two of these loft twin beds for our girls who share a room. Overall pleased with the beds. A few of the wood pieces were already damaged/splintered in some places, but it didn’t affect the sturdiness. It seems a little wobbly, but I think if you add extra cross bars to the back and sides for support it will feel more secure.
