The zipper was not put in evenly and hence does not work well, pulling apart at the top seam. The support bars fall down because the holders don’t support well enough. There was some damage to the bottom of the item due to the delivery but it only impacted the portion of the gazebo material that sits on the ground. However, several sections were missing the velcro pieces preventing the side walls and tip to attach to the main section.
