Extremely easy to set up. This is being used as a ball pit for youngsters at an annual festival, so it will get plenty of use. Previously, we used a small wading pool, but we had to continuously pick up the balls that were thrown out. This should solve the problem. Unfortunately I have to give this a one star. The nylon is very thin and tore at the bottom within 2 days of use exposing the bottom pole. The zipper was not put in evenly and hence does not work well, pulling apart at the top seam. The support bars fall down because the holders don’t support well enough.
