This is a very large 12x12 canopy with a wheeled bag. I missed the fact that it came with a wheeled bag and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. The setup is easy and my only two criticisms are the placement of the Velcro straps on the frame, and the size of the bag. The straps end up looped directly over the hinges on every single one (see photos) so make them loose when you’re setting up the canopy. The bag it comes with barely fits this larger canopy and there is zero extra room if you want to add on the side walls later. I’ll probably get a larger bag. Additionally, it is large enough for 5-8 people to sleep and firm enough against stormy weather. A stove jack is designed for winter, and complete accessories are included for easy setup. Thus, our tent is perfect for camping, hiking, backpacking, trekking, mountaineering, etc.

First a note on materials: The fabric IS NOT CANVAS but Oxford fabric. This is not meant as a complaint. The two are very comparable, but if you are set on canvas you should be aware of the substitution. Other than that I am very favorably impressed Setup was straightforward and easy for one person. It holds its shape without sagging after several days. Ventilation with the internal vents open is more than adequate. It has stood up to two days of stormy weather admirably; there have been no issues with it standing up to the wind. As the later pictures show it is dry inside. The last photo shows water beaded up on the outside of the tent. The interior is roomy, and I am able to walk around comfortably. There's sufficient space to sleep several people and their gear or to use it in a less common way. It is currently doing service as a blacksmithy. There is still enough ventilation. There is enough room that the forge is in no danger of melting or burning anything. The fact that the floor can be unzipped means I can stay dry and not have to worry about dropping hot metal on fabric. The price is very reasonable for what I received, and Wayfair's customer service has been exemplary. The only complaint I have is that the raincap for the door does not have a big enough hole to fit over the door support. My husband, our three large dogs, and I spent several days camping in it, and we absolutely loved it. The amount of space inside is incredible—we never felt cramped, even with three big dogs lounging around. It honestly felt more like a cabin than a tent. Setup was unbelievably easy. It took us less than five minutes to have the tent fully inflated and ready to go. No struggling with poles or complicated instructions—just inflate it and you’re done. We also got caught in a heavy rainstorm, and I was expecting at least a little water to find its way inside. Not a single drop did. Everything stayed completely dry, which gave us so much peace of mind. One thing I didn’t expect was the number of people who stopped by to ask about it. We received compliments all weekend! It definitely turns heads and is a real showstopper in the campground. If you’re on the fence because of the cost, don’t be.
