I LOVE this dining set! I got it in the natural tone and it is perfect. The chair upholstery is more beige than cream, which works for me. I am doing a cream/ beige monotone home and this fits right in. The seats are a little stiff but still comfortable. It was a challenge to put it all together!! Took me most of a day. Had to have help to lift and place the table top. But was worth it. The directions are not great but I figured it out. All the parts were there and no damage to anything. Feels sturdy. I am using it as an oval with the leaf in. Very roomy for 4 people. Delivered inside my home 3 days after ordering. Just be careful with the last 6 screws for the chairs. I have been using it since and so far nothing has cracked or gotten loose. I would say the boxes were heavy but I could manage and even with all the moving around, nothing arrived scratched or damaged. Special thanks to the FedEx tracking that kept me posted on the delivery so I was able to get the delivery guy to leave the boxes where it was easy for me to collect. The table and chairs are good to great. We also got the matching side table and they make a handsome pair. The solid wood feels…solid. Chairs are comfy and seem hardy. Note, I’m not judging the review on the issues I had with damage (maybe I should?), because those were remedied by Wayfair in a reasonable way with replacements and partial refunds. For the record, first table had screws coming through the table top and a chair was broken during “enhanced delivery” assembly. Second table had a support rail underneath broken off.. Anonymous. This is a beautiful looking dining set, heavy and well made. It was very well packed for shipping. Assembly is easy but time consuming. After attaching the table legs, two strong people are needed to get it upright because of the weight/size. Two of the chairs were wobbly but fine when sat on.
