Super solid metal frame, comfortable cushion and feels natural sitting at the counter. Color is a little darker than I expected but that may be due to my computer screen. It’s such a dark blue it’s almost black and I still love them! You can see more blue in the light. One of the cushions screw holes didn’t align quite right with the frame so I put in a customer service request to see if I could get a replacement cushion and they responded within the hour and are sending me a replacement at no cost. I love when I make a good decision when online shopping. It’s always so risky! Well these chairs absolutely met expectations! They’re heavy and solid and the leather is great quality. Note: if you’re a larger person or are looking for a stool you’ll want to lounge in for hours this might not be the best choice. The chair width won’t accommodate really large people. And its depth isn’t deep enough for big people to get deep into the chair for long periods of lounging, plus the backrest isn’t really a back rest. Having said all that, I LOVE these stools.
